Systelligent contract staffing services provide Resources to meet project or seasonal Requirements. Hiring candidates on a contract basis enables organizations to manage proper staff levels and meet business goals, while seeing a reduction in employee-related costs. In addition, our account managers maintain close contact with consultants and client, to ascertain that the client needs are being met.
Systelligent contract-to-hire placement services enable our clients to benefit from the traditional services of a temporary staffing agency, but with the option to hire an employee permanently. In this way, you can observe the employee on the job to determine if he or she is the right fit for the position and company. After the contract period is complete, you can choose to hire the employee on a permanent basis.
Direct placement options is as the name suggests a Talent Search service. This operation is the same as in our other staffing option with the difference that the Resource will be on Client Payroll from day one. Systelligent executes the steps 2, 3 and 4 in our model above. Phase 5 and 6 are covered by the client. We use our talent search resources and rigorous qualification process to identify the right person for your full-time position, just like we do for a contract or contract-to-hire position.
