So, P3B Consulting provides Project Management as a Service (PMaaS). But what exactly is PMaaS?

PMaaS is designed to fit around your business needs. It’s a scalable project delivery service that can provide strategic support, project planning, management and execution of IT and business change project as well as ensuring the project is transitioned into live operation.

Our PMaaS model encompasses a flexible governance model, processes and reporting. Enabling us to tailor our services to your needs.

PMaaS differs from traditional project management resourcing as it is provided as a Service. You only pay for what you use. This lowers the cost of delivery to you substantially. We can provide resources for a project from ½ a day per week through to 5 days a week. It really is as flexible as that.
