This is the concept stage. Our analysts are engaged in the Systelligent® Technology Optimization Plan building. Otherwise, the clients identify a problem domain or an opportunity.
We work with the client in defining the high level Business Requirements as well as a Business Case for the Application changes.

Discover
Working with the client company the Project Scope is detailed and the Functional Requirements of the Project clearly defined in simple, unambigous and testable form.
 

Design
For n-tier or multi application environments an Application Interface Design is completed. This is followed by the Application Technical Design and Data Structure Design.

Develope
Following Design phase a refined contract is finalized. Now the Development (build) can begin. Systelligent® has state of the art development facilities in India currently employing in excess of 450 highly trained developers.

Deliver
Once the Ddevelopment activities are complete and our Quality Assurance team is satisfied with the product the Delivery Process begins. Delivery constitues loading the new code base to a test facility where the client does functional testing of the enhancements (User Acceptance Testing - UAT) as well as the prior existing functionality (Regression Testing - ART).
Once verified by the client, the code is moved to production.
